A $400 Twin Share / $650 Single occupancy NZD deposit non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Pay the remaining $1,349 via 3 easy payments of $449 (1 per month (Nov, Dec, Jan) for example - please confirm when booking (required within 14 days from the time of booking)
All payments must be completed by 31 January 2026 .

Cancellations & Refunds The $400/$650 deposit is non-refundable (special conditions considered)
If you cancel before 31 December 2025 : Any payments made (minus the deposit) may be refunded.
If you cancel after 31 December 2026 : No refunds will be issued unless your spot can be filled by another guest.
Ferry bookings may be transferred to another guest up until 2 February 2026 with prior notice.
What’s Not Included The retreat package price does not include:
Travel to/from Wellington (retreat start point)
Sunday lunch at Lochmara Lodge (own cost)
Travel insurance
Extra snacks, drinks, or coffees beyond provided meals
Additional alcoholic beverages beyond the included wine with dinner
Souvenirs or personal purchases
